What is your Cause? What can you do? What Impact will you have?

Strategy Development

Before moving forward with a strong strategic plan, it is important to gain insight on the key area of focus to meet the needs, challenges and opportunities that provide a window to understand trends, the current situation, and possibilities for the future. Upon gaining valuable insight, the next step is to determine the key priorities, success factors and ROI measures that support developing a strategic framework outlining pillars for success.

Marsha’s experience and key focus is on corporate social responsibility, shared value and sustainability initiatives that look to bring change and growth to communities in need. This can revolve around health and wellness or food insecurities or technology barren areas, etc. Questions that Marsha may explore with you include the following: What is your purpose? What are the desired outcomes and what is the social impact that you strive to achieve? These are questions that are reviewed to create a strong strategic framework and plan of action.

What is your DE&I Strategy? What is your external platform to express your DE&I leadership?

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Today, diversity represents a business issue; it is not just a legal, political, or public relations issue.

How organizations deal with diversity, equity and inclusion including its workforce, markets, suppliers have a significant impact on their strategies, productivity, market penetration, customer service, recruitment costs, turnover rate and other day-day business actions (Katz, Miller (1996.) A highly impactful DE&IB strategic framework includes both internal and external approaches that drive business, promotes diversity, equity and inclusion while supporting a positive reputation with customers, consumers and the community.

Times are changing where consumers are not just interested in a companies’ investment value but also in their contribution to their communities of interest.  Marsha has strategized and lived the experience of developing community-based programs that bring resources to vulnerable communities while creating social impact and shared value for the company that leads this effort.   Most successful DE&I strategies not only have a strong internal component of talent acquisition, training, and pipeline development, etc., but also define ways in which companies contribute to communities where they live and work. This can include strategic and community-based partnerships, employee engagement through volunteerism or grant development programs with leading purpose-led organizations.  What can your company do to gain greater external impact with your DE&I efforts?

Educational Services

Marsha has had a wonderful opportunity in her life to create educational messaging around health, specifically oral health establishing health curricula that teaches proper oral health to young children globally and educational communication to health professionals to amplify the importance of prevention in a setting that focuses on treatment.    Marsha is excited about leveraging her experience to partner with organizations that are on the front lines in terms of promoting health through education and prevention.

Webinars

High Engaging Webinars and Public Speaking

Webinars can be succinct and meaningful at the same time reaching audiences across the country and around the world with the right network or strategic partner.    Marsha is available to participate as a webinar speaker regarding health equity, social impact, relationship between oral and systemic health and diversity, equity and inclusion and other topics.

Children’s Health Communication

Children are responsive to education that is simple, engaging, colorful and meets them where they are, allowing them to see themselves in words and visuals.   Educators are looking for ways to bring health and prevention concepts to life while providing a curriculum that is integrated with core educational competencies including math and science.
